About ALC-0315 & mRNA Delivery Research
Explore the science of delivering mRNA: from ionizable lipid selection and nanoparticle formulation to cellular uptake, endosomal escape and functional expression. Read research perspectives on ALC-0315 and related delivery systems, with attention to experimental design, measured outcomes and study limitations.
Research scope
Our focus is non-viral mRNA delivery, including ionizable and PEG lipids, formulation parameters, encapsulation, stability, biodistribution and tissue targeting. Fluorescent and luciferase reporter mRNAs are considered as tools for evaluating delivery. We distinguish uptake of labeled RNA from translation of its encoded protein, and in vitro findings from in vivo results.
How we read the research
Our articles examine study design, delivery conditions, measured outcomes and limitations, with links to original sources. Product resources are listed separately to help readers explore the materials used in mRNA delivery research.
